WhatsApp Business encryption

All customer messaging flows through the WhatsApp Business API via Gupshup, our licensed Business Solution Provider. Messages inherit WABA transport encryption end-to-end on the Meta network.

DPDP-aligned data handling

We treat customer data as a fiduciary trust under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023. Agents own their customer records. Data is purpose-bound, minimised, and retained only as long as the agent maintains an active account.

India-region data residency

Application servers, databases, and message archives are hosted exclusively in India-region infrastructure. No customer data leaves the country.

Tenant isolation

Every agent operates inside an isolated tenant. Row-level scoping at the database layer prevents any cross-tenant read or write.
