Cancellation & refund policy

This policy explains cancellations and refunds for AgentBandhu, operated by Metazen Labs Pvt. Ltd.. It covers two kinds of payment: your subscription and your prepaid wallet top-ups. All payments are processed by our payment gateway, Razorpay, and read alongside our terms & conditions.
Free trial
If a free trial is offered, you are not charged during the trial. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, the plan converts to a paid subscription and billing begins. You can cancel from your account at any time during the trial.
Subscription fees
Subscriptions are billed in advance for each billing cycle. You may cancel at any time from your account settings or by writing to us, and your access continues until the end of the current paid cycle. We do not provide pro-rata refunds for the unused part of a cycle once it has begun, except where required by law. Cancelling stops future renewals.
Wallet top-ups and messaging credits
- Wallet credits are prepaid and are consumed when you send WhatsApp messages, at the published rates, which may include per-conversation charges set by Meta.
- Credits that have already been consumed are non-refundable.
- Unused wallet balance is non-refundable for a change of mind. However, if you close your account, or if we discontinue the Service, you may request a refund of your unused balance, net of payment-gateway and applicable charges.
- Credits are non-transferable between accounts.
Failed, duplicate, or wrong charges
If you are charged but the payment fails to credit your account, or you are charged twice or in error, we will refund the affected amount in full to your original payment method. Please report such transactions within seven (7) days with your transaction details.
How to request a refund
Email support@agentbandhu.com from your registered email, with your registered mobile number and the transaction ID or payment reference. We aim to acknowledge requests within three (3) business days.
Non-refundable items
- Messaging and per-conversation charges that have already been used.
- One-time onboarding or setup fees, if any, once work has begun.
- Taxes already remitted to the authorities, except as the law allows.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as the Service or the law evolves. We will revise the "Last updated" date above and, for material changes, notify you in the app or by email.
